After surfing TOO MANY sites trying to find the replacment bulbs I needed, I was SO happy to find that you had exactly what I was looking for. I was even more impressed when I received a call within less than 10 minutes of ordering to say that since you guys were in VA (didn’t even THINK to look - was just happy you had what I needed), that it wasn’t necessary to do overnight shipping as the bulbs would be here when I needed them. | | I am the Technical Director at a church. And that is an area that is becoming more and more dependant on show technology. In fact, we have a service that is more of a rock venue with haze, intelligent fixtures, and even some pyrotech.
Our hazer gave out on us, and we had to send it back to the manufacturer for repairs. Well, it was taking way too long and we needed the unit back ASAP. We got a hold of the Customer Care Team at Cheapdjlights.com, and they had the manufacturer not only find our unit - but it was fixed and shipped back that day!!!

| | ’’WOW’’ is all I can say to explain the service I received. Their Customer Sales Team spent an hour and a half on the phone with me the first night (at 10pm) ,explaining to a new guy at lighting, what the difference between the systems were. Then had their design team put together the most cost efficient package for my needs. After reviewing the package I had MANY questions as to what each item does, if it was compatable with my new lighting ideas, and how I hook all this up. They spent another 2.5 hours on the phone with me, drawing diagrams for wiring, explaining the features, swapping units, re-explaining what that unit does and what it’s pros and cons are to the other unit, etc. I have NEVER had a Customer Care Team spend as much (if any) time with me ensuring that I didn’t buy more than I need, buy something that won’t help my setup, or buy a more expensive unit, when the step down will work BETTER than the high end product. I was so happy with my new business relationship with Cheapdjlights.com, that we even talked for a while more, just telling stories. Now I’m not saying to call them and just tell stories all night, but to have a business like Cheapdjlights.com know what I am talking about in DJ Lingo blew my mind. I have spent a lot of time trying to find a company this great to work with, and CheapDjLights.com is the ONLY place for all my lighting needs.
